HATHA YOGA
Suitable for all levels from beginner to experienced.
A complete body workout.
A 60-minute Hatha yoga practice to open up space within the body and help develop strength and flexibility through mindful movement, correct alignment, and focused awareness of the breath.

In booking this class I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in Chris Boyle's online yoga class via Zoom (the "Online Class").
I confirm that I am medically, physically, emotionally, and in all respects, fit, and able to participate in the Online Class. I release from liability Chris Boyle for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss of any nature suffered by me as a result of participation in any activity in the Online Class. VINYASA FLOW
Suitable for all levels.
A flowing, movement-based practice.
An invigorating Vinyasa Flow practice helping build strength, increase range of motion within the joints and improve your cardio. With a focus on smooth transitions between postures, this midweek practice is a great way to blow away the cobwebs if you've been sitting at a desk all week.
